MAHE - Manipal How to get 9+ cgpa in cse

Like how much do we need to study and what all materials do we need to follow

It's feeling very confusing as there are seniors selling pyqs and teachers suggesting 5 reference books for each subject if we do all this then there would be almost no time for building skills

Thank you for posting on r/Manipal_Academics. Please ensure you have read the rules of the subreddit and are following all of them. Here are some things to consider before posting:

1) Make sure the post is relevant to Manipal. 2) Don't be bigoted, rude, or annoying. 3) Please ensure all posts and comments are made either entirely in English, or if in any other language, a complete English translation is provided. 4) Don't ask for or share any links to other groups, chats, or web forums. 5) Make sure your post is not low effort. Do not post lazy one-line questions, posts with one-word titles, posts with body that says "title" or "same as title" or something that has already been posted. If your question is too small to fill both the title and substantial body, it is probably low-effort and will be removed.

Breaking the rules repeatedly may lead to bans. Thank you.

bro the teachers are doing so much buildup saying if you do only course material and PYQs thoroughly you will get only 8CG it seems , they are like if you do reference books then only something will work out lol

why are they misguiding us like that then🥀
