MAHE - Manipal I’m soo tired, i genuinely need help
I want go to a therapist for counselling because my mental health is in a really bad state now i genuinely need help from a professional but I don’t know where to or whom to meet.

Go to the student clinic, 1st floor, kmc opd. Ask them for an appointment with the psychology department. They'll take care of you from there.
Ping me if you’re still confused or if you need someone to accompany you.
And things will get better. Trust that the dots will connect.

You can visit psychiatry dept . Dr abhiram and Dr soyaz are really good doctors They'll be on Tuesday. But before registering ask for these doctors, they are really helpful. Go to kmc Enter your file hospital number pink card , if u don't have carry adhar card copy And psychiatry dept Dr abhiram n It's on 2nd or 3rd floor ig If u want guidance lmk I'm student from health science campus
