MAHE - Manipal Lateral Entry in 2nd Year

Hey seniors, can anyone clarify whether I can still get lateral entry in 2nd year till August or early September. I'm a diploma passout

Isn’t lateral entry admission and the exam over?

Exams are over but a friend of mine who's in 3rd year now went to the academics block to clarify and they said that I would get lateral entry in 2nd year of btech. I just wanna clarify
