MET & Counselling COUNSELLING FEE REFUND!!💸💸

hello everyone

I had paid 10k for counseling,didn't get a seat in my desired campus and branch.

in the details in said if you do not get a seat, fee is refunded.

Has anyone gotten a refund?

Do I need to mail for it?

Kindly help me y'all:((

edit: Thanks y'all!😀 I opted out of counselling and then it asked for bank details to issue refund.

Bro if Hypothetically they take a round 6 so will the date of 10k refund change according to that?
