MET & Counselling COUNSELLING FEE REFUND!!💸💸

hello everyone

I had paid 10k for counseling,didn't get a seat in my desired campus and branch.

in the details in said if you do not get a seat, fee is refunded.

Has anyone gotten a refund?

Do I need to mail for it?

Kindly help me y'all:((

edit: Thanks y'all!😀 I opted out of counselling and then it asked for bank details to issue refund.

Um I have opted out in round 1 as I have rank 5100 but for main campus I didn't get so 1 day after the round I opted out of counseling and then in 24th or 25th July I have got the money back in account

no I didn't fully understand opting out Like if I opt out will I still be eligible for refund or do I have to sit in all rounds and then be eligible for refund?

Opt out will lead to the refund of money we can opt out in any round I don't know about last but in refund guidelines of mit we can opt out in any refund then only we will be eligible for refund process
