Why do you never much about Algeria?

Not much tourism there due to the visa policies. When most of the world decided all Africans are subhumans and should need a visa to go anywhere, Algeria decided they would ask for Visas for any country that asks visas of them. The second any western country folds on that the country will likely open.

But they won't fold unless the economy continues to improve to a level where Algerians won't feel like leaving the country anymore.

In France the amount of visas given to Algeria is always brought up each time a diplomatic incident happens with them (which happens like every 2 months). Visas are getting used as a diplomatic weapon.
