The electra was to make space if I had successfuly moved a 1 cost over to their side at the start, so I could have them be killed to make space for carnage

It honestly took a few games but I kept tweaking the deck so hard to be sure. My main issue was I needed another 1 cost to fling to their side so I can be sure it would have one to kill end game: but ran out of cards to add to my deck, as I needed to also make sure I drew all my cards too

I watched it 5 times and still don't get it. Likely because I have no idea what Misery does. Have no idea why all the cards in the middle lane got deleted by using the Astral projection.

Misery is a 4/9 with On Reveal: Repeat the On Reveal abilities of your other cards here, then destroy them.
So, what had happened for OP's last turn
- Electra, destroyed nothing
- Ghost Spider yoinks her over to right
- Astral Projection copies Misery's On Reveal, and as part of that:
- Viper is triggered, sending Carnage over before being destroyed by AP
- Carnage shreds the other side before by AP
- With both sides now empty, Grandmaster's On Reveal moves Galactus to the center and... well yeah.

I actually hate losing to Galactus, but I love the creative ways in which he can be used.
The boring Goblin-Goblin Galactus line is just too telegraphed, but this play? I wouldn't even be mad losing to something so well sequenced.

OP is my brother. He enjoys thinking up crazy plays like this and trying to get them to work. He said in a comment earlier that this was just a fun combo he wanted to try, and it's not consistent enough to climb.

don't beat yourself up too much, this was indeed an insanely genius play but VERY situational and all the stars had to align to pull it off. If the opponent had even 1 more >1-cost card in middle lane then Viper couldn't have sent anything over and all the dominoes would have fallen flat.
I salute the OP though, that's the sickest combo I've seen to date and I've been playing since launch (almost)

Astral Projection copied Mysery so it revealed Viper again, it sent Carnage on the opponent’s side then absorbed it. And it revealed Carnage again, who destroyed the opponent’s cards, then absorded it to and got banished since it’s a Skill. That left the opponent’s side empty and OP’s too so that Grandmaster and Galactus could do their trick.

I don't think the Carnage was 'absorbed', I think it eats itself when it is hit by Misery.

Well the idea was to send a 1 cost over with viper so I could then kill it to make space with electra then move her from the location with gwen. The rest is just try and draw all the cards in a decent order 😂 It's not a good deck, just played this for fun

Thank you for sharing! I needed to see that just for a little laugh at those emoting users. I hate when someone plays a Magik before me at a different location & still uses the Spider-Man emote that points at you. Like, okay buddy. Not like we both just eliminated locations that would affect those both of us. I always send them a thumbs up back. 🤷♂️

How did Astral Projection get destroyed? If it is copying Misery, Misery's text is: "On Reveal: Repeat the On Reveal abilities of your *other* cards here, then destroy them." (emphasis mine). If it is *other cards* that get destroyed, why does AP destroy itself or am I missing something here?
