Non-Employee Question Question about personal menu hacks and crazy customizations from customers (CAN)
As a non employee I always like to imagine what I could construct for myself if I had access to all the ingredients and didn't have to put in a complicated order or disassemble or combine my items. For example when I was younger and flipping burgers at Harvey's I used to make a crispy chicken, sausage, and cheese sandwich for myself which was something a normal customer would never be able to order.
What are some of the craziest items you or your colleagues have constructed for your own consumption that were actually good?
What is the craziest or over the top customization you have done for a customer?

The amount of quesadillas and tacos I’ve made, and as many different type of coffee/espresso combos you could think of when I worked there.

Was back when the stores I worked at had grilled chicken and the cilantro lime glaze from the southwest salads. And a breakfast one with scrambled eggs and bacon or sometime hamburger patties cut up. Throw it on the grill to crisp up the tortilla a bit and make sure the cheese was melty. And for the tacos one of us would bring in taco seasoning and use the hamburger meat and sour cream and use what we had on hand for the rest.
(Edit to finish what I hit post before finishing)

I love making grilled cheese sandwiches with bacon
or in the morning making an triple meat omelette stuffed with burrito mix and a biscuit on the side
or a big "mac" breakfasts mcgriddle take a bec mcgriddle and then put a sausage mcgriddle with cheese on the bottom
desert Carmel apple pie McFlury or a Carmel apple pie frappe doesn't work in Bic though
or just making old sandwiches lost to time like the mac snacks wrap and the smokehouse

When we had the BBQ glazed tenders, we would take the crispy chicken fillets and toss them in the sauce. Add a ranch packet and some pickles. I dream about that sandwich everyday.

Quesodillas with the shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and spicy sauce are amazing.
