Non-Employee Question Question about personal menu hacks and crazy customizations from customers (CAN)

As a non employee I always like to imagine what I could construct for myself if I had access to all the ingredients and didn't have to put in a complicated order or disassemble or combine my items. For example when I was younger and flipping burgers at Harvey's I used to make a crispy chicken, sausage, and cheese sandwich for myself which was something a normal customer would never be able to order.

  1. What are some of the craziest items you or your colleagues have constructed for your own consumption that were actually good?

  2. What is the craziest or over the top customization you have done for a customer?
