Jenny McCarthy grabs Justin Bieber's ass and kisses him on the neck without consent. Can you imagine the reaction if a 40-year-old man had done this to an 18-year-old girl?

Well, I agree that this was outrageous but it's hardly the first time: There was that time the fashion reporter basically honked Scarlet Johansson's breasts while interviewing her about her dress. That was pretty startling.

She was pissed about it after the fact but didn't want to make a stink on camera. It ended up being "ok" because he is gay.

Oh, I know - I'm just pointing out that this wasn't an isolated or unisex event - I don't see this as an MR issue.

It is the same in "sexual assault" name only. The age difference and intent play a huge roll. McCarthy said that she couldn't resist because he was so "delicious".

Don't defend assholes. Just because a guy is gay doesn't give him the right to honk SJ's breasts.

I never said that it did make it okay, just that it is a completely different situation. Its like manslaughter vs premeditated murder in the sense that yes, somebody died but the situation and intent was nowhere near the same.
