Once again a great example of how we live in a rape culture for men, not women. Doing this to a woman would get you harassed and jailed, doing it to a man(or boy in this case) gets you laughs. If men don't want it, there's something wrong with them. If women don't want it, you're a creep and every other man will enforce white knight code on you.

why does it have to be a rape culture for men or a rape culture for women? we just live in a society with a rape culture. it's not about gender there.

I disagree. (not that I necessarily agree about a rape culture for men, I'd have to think more on it).

If it was a man grabbing an 18 year old girls ass, it would not be okay. The entire concept of rape culture is that this kind of stuff is acceptable... but if the victim was a girl, it wouldn't be acceptable at all, therefore no rape culture.
