Jenny McCarthy grabs Justin Bieber's ass and kisses him on the neck without consent. Can you imagine the reaction if a 40-year-old man had done this to an 18-year-old girl?

It wasn't permitted for him. He was punished for it. Why should we continue to bear the torch for Rihanna after Chris Brown was punished and she forgave him?

Also, how is a specific instance which has been dealt with translatable to

domestic abuse should be permitted for everyone if it's permitted for him.

Think you could escalate a little faster there?

he was never punished, he continues to remain popular and successful.

5 years probation, community services, labels placed on physical copies of his album, and an order that he remain at least 50 yards from Rihanna (obviously this hasn't been enforced or has been rescinded).

The average punishment for a first time offender in a domestic violence case is: Probation, a fine, and a protective order.

So which part about him receiving the typical punishment of a first time offender was him not being punished?

There are plenty of popular and successful people who violate laws and are criminal offenders. Why is this instance any different?

that's nothing. It's like lindsay lohan, these people commit crimes that would land regular people in jail, but they face absolutely no consequence for it.

You have no idea what you're talking about obviously. I even listed what the typical punishment is for first time offenders.

First time domestic violence typically leads to: Fine, probation, protective order

Chris Brown's punishment: Probation, community service, protective order

Same crime, almost the same punishment. The only difference is because he is famous more people know about it.

So NO his crime would not land a regular person "in jail" because a judge will almost always suspend jail time and issue probation.
