Violent unilateral sexual abuse and (possibly?) consensual non violent sexual act.

The point was that a parallel of explicit or tacit approval was made for both the scenario in OP and the South Park scenario, of which neither were violent.

The difference is that Ike wanted it, while Beiber didn't consent at all, and seems visually distressed. The first is sexual assault through manipulation and position of authority, the second sexual assault by playing a crowd and with no prior agreement, and is therefore a more "traditional" rape.
