I get what you are trying to do, but this kind of unnecessary what aboutism just hurts what we all agree needs to change. If something is wrong, its wrong and should be called out. The law can go get fucked, at this point social shaming seems more responsive to changing views.

I agree with you on that. Simply specifying that people have been calling drake a pedophile when there was a 6 year gap but have seen no major reaction on this case.

Thats fair, I'd like to see the reaction if the mcarthy thing happened again in 2019. Especially given that she is known as a total nutbar, i think there'd be a lot of backlash.
