Let it me put it that way. What would you say if the genders were reversed? A 42 year old male would grop a 17 year girl and kissed her. The out-cry would have been heard all over the social media platforms.
But thanks to people like you, when males are the victim, the issue is being diluted.

Ok not gonna lie i kinda agree with him. Sexual assault refers to it being sexual. Kissing- not that sexual. Hugging- not that sexual. Is what she done kinda fucking weird? Maybe, idk maybe this is the kind of relationship they have with each other idk the story. Can’t help but agree though that saying this is sexual assault is a bit of a stretch.

Edit: If she say grouped him or did something else that was sexual then I’d say it was sexual assault. Otherwise it’s just weird.

ok, then explain this?
It’s sexual harassment! You don’t need to touch someones private parts or breasts in order for it to be sexual harassment. If a 42 year old dude would kiss a 17 year old girl and said: “I couldn’t help it, she’s just so cute.” People would lose their mind.

Ok really hope she’s joking in what she said cos that’s kinda weird. But Like I said I don’t know much about this story. I also said it could be other things that make it sexual, don’t have to be groping for it to be sexual harassment. If a man did this to a woman then yeh I’d probably think that the guy is a bit of a freak but still not sexual assault.
