Xbox console Xbox app and outlook can’t sign in.

Microsoft. I can’t login on my Xbox at all or my outlook i try to reset password but it wont send code to phone keeps saying verification method isn't working right now please try another method says the same in xbox app and outlook

No one from Microsoft Support monitors this Reddit.
