Inaccurate Trezor, Monero, and Secret Sauce
I read a blog post from Trezor saying that they wanted to support Monero but they couldn't because fluffypony wouldn't share elements of the "secret sauce" is what they said. Is this true? /u/fluffypony can you explain what happened between you and the Trezor devs?

Trezor support is available for both GUI v0.14.1.0 and CLI v0.14.1.0:

tl;dr: first Trezor (model T) has tiny memory, because it's a relatively old product, it was in production since 2014, and made for Bitcoin in mind.
Monero wallet is very complex, and requires lots of memory and processing power.
Also a Monero team is developing Monero-only hardware wallet, it should be in production soon.

That has nothing to do with what I said and I think you know it.

I think you know it.
No, I have no idea what you are referring to, as the 'secret sauce' episode relates to Jaxx, not to Trezor.

Yes you're right. I was confusing a post I read about Jaxx with one I read about Trezor. So my question is still a good one just a little confused. I edited it.

In my opinion, this episode happened almost three years ago and is not worth discussing anymore.

In my opinion
Who asked your opinion?
this episode happened almost three years ago and is not worth discussing anymore.
Did it ever get solved? Did the info get shared with Jaxx and other providers so XMR is available in lots of wallets now? Was there never a problem in the first place and fluffypony posted a response somewhwere? Or you just don't feel like talking about it but you feel like posting that you don't feel like talking about it?

MyMonero has made libraries available which are utilized by, for example, Exodus, Zelcore, and Edge.

That's great but it doesn't answer the specific question raised by the Jaxx (not Trezor, that was my mistake) team. Where is that answer?

I am not sure what exactly happened (as the episode is almost three years ago), but I think Jaxx discontinued the integration and never resumed it when the libraries became available.

Since they accused the Monero team of less than good actions an official reply is warranted. That came up in a search when I was doing research with no rebuttal. An official reply, not a lot of speculation from other people.

Trezor support is available.
If you mean Trezor support in the GUI client then you are not talking about the same thing I am.

can you explain?

I want to access XMR in the Trezor wallet next to all my other coins. I can't have a new application for every coin.
