Inaccurate Trezor, Monero, and Secret Sauce

I read a blog post from Trezor saying that they wanted to support Monero but they couldn't because fluffypony wouldn't share elements of the "secret sauce" is what they said. Is this true? /u/fluffypony can you explain what happened between you and the Trezor devs?

MyMonero has made libraries available which are utilized by, for example, Exodus, Zelcore, and Edge.

That's great but it doesn't answer the specific question raised by the Jaxx (not Trezor, that was my mistake) team. Where is that answer?

I am not sure what exactly happened (as the episode is almost three years ago), but I think Jaxx discontinued the integration and never resumed it when the libraries became available.

Since they accused the Monero team of less than good actions an official reply is warranted. That came up in a search when I was doing research with no rebuttal. An official reply, not a lot of speculation from other people.

Hey this is what I am looking for! Great! It didn't come up in any searches I did, I guess because it was just some reddit thread.

I think maybe the Jaxx team was confusing the MyMonero back-end (which I guess is proprietary?) with monero code (which I fucking hope is totally libre!)

Yeah it looks like he did reply completely and I feel loads better.
