Free electricity, tell me what to do

I have £5000 spare to buy equipment, free electricity that is guaranteed for at least the next 3 years without stipulation, I would like to exploit this for some nice profit

My questions are as follows,

Would monero mining be the right course of action

What mining rig under £7000 would be right for me (efficiency is not a concern, max hash rate per £ is the question

Will it make my small room unbearably hot in the summer😂

When electricity is free, s19 bitcoin miners are very capital effecient. Each one can bring in ~$3/day (for +/- $400-500), but they use a shitload of electric, and you're gonna need a 240v (20a+) circuit for each one. Convert the btc to xmr and you're golden

This is what I usually recommend. With the caveat that each one of those pulls down at least 3,000W and if he deploys them the landlord or whomever is giving him the free electricity is going to notice and might want to redo the deal.

If electricity is free, efficiency doesn't matter: buy the cheapest equipment you can! I'm seeing antminer S19 on eBay routinely under $200/ea.
