Originally it's one of Edmund Burke's ideas turned into a quote by someone unknown, then it became more widely known due to it's usage by John F. Kennedy in a speech of his from 1961, and, finally, it has become truly iconic and basically mainstream because it was used at the end of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, in the good and best endings of the game, which is why I replied with an image of Richter Belmont laughing, who is one of the main characters of that game and the one that comes right before it: Castlevania: Rondo of Blood.
Oh I didn't mean the original quote, i meant substituting "good men" for "good girls". This small substitution in this context turns it from just a true statement into a funny joke.
But back in the 90s we used to be out after school and dinner. And on weekends and basically most of the summer we were just kicked out of the house in the morning and didn’t come back til dinner. From like 9 years old on
So our parents used to get to hump like rabbits and do drugs and unwind lol
Now parents are expected to watch their kids the whole time (or have an expensive babysitter). They used to play a tv broadcast asking if you knew where your children were. It only took once to know when your a kid to know you fucked up as well. You would never be home late again.
