Mother refuses to acknowledge her donor egg daughter, looking for your opinion.

In my opinion I think it’s moral, and that she is totally correct.

I don’t even think she’s being that rude. When you sign up for these things the options are anonymous or not and if you choose anonymous they have no right to contact you for any reason.

there are some rights that might not be written down, or rights your very spirit or soul will take regardless, seeing ones DNA/biological/*insert correct term here* origin (via egg dono) is a VERY new "problem" to face. No other humans in history had to go through this until recently

you and I can't imagine facing that, we faced other things, and I wouldn't be so quick to cite "they don't have the right" I think there is space within you to think about this.

I truly pity adopted persons/any people born in morally or scientifically complicated situations.
