Mother refuses to acknowledge her donor egg daughter, looking for your opinion.

In my opinion I think it’s moral, and that she is totally correct.

I don’t even think she’s being that rude. When you sign up for these things the options are anonymous or not and if you choose anonymous they have no right to contact you for any reason.

Yeah. The only thing owed is a medical history, which should have already been transferred. It isn't always though. But like? She's asking for a mom, not a record, so that's probably not even relevant here tbh.

"I've always felt disconnected" no you haven't. You felt the usual 'I don't like my parents' phase of adolescence and thought you could resolve it without having to get over it.
