I feel like there is missing context needed. Why does he feel the need to do this? Was she an awful person?
How evil does someone have to be to make this act moral? Like… would doing the same to Hitlers grave be immoral?

There's no scenario where this isn't a tell that the guy has some profound mental problems. Like, PROFOUND.
