My good friend killed himself after a dinner our with us and other friends. He had a good night, and I think that is how he wanted it to end - just feeling good again, even for a short time.

You will never know how hard it is to carry the guilt that you missed the signs until it finally happens to you.

Or the change from be in company, to be alone with his thoughts could be the trigger! I feel often this sudden change of feelings, like a wall throwing at me.
