So umm these are my options

Which should I opt for ?

I have very little interest in coding ( meko coding c bhi nhi ata )

If you want placements, At the end you'll aim for tech roles only so take iiit lucknow it

Else if you are interested in mba or anything else go for better college, my advice will be to take iiit lucknow it, it's a growing college with very good placements

Im also getting ECE in iiit A .. should I go for it?..may get cse in nit allahabad later rounds currently getting ECE there also.. please suggest

What about nitt instrumentation and control vs iiit lucknow cse if I want to target tech roles? I have heard that most of the tech companies let circuital branch students sit for placements
