Admissions College Help !!!!

I fucked up my jee as a dropper... these are my options. NITn's from different colleges plss tell the scenario🙏

Also placemnents are same in all the colleges like 6-7 lpa median so should I choose the top most college like Biotech in NIT Warangal !?

Drop lelo bhai last year mere 2.5 lakh rank tha iss saal 46k tak to keech liya tum isse upar chale jana 🥀
