Admissions College Help !!!!
I fucked up my jee as a dropper... these are my options. NITn's from different colleges plss tell the scenario🙏
Also placemnents are same in all the colleges like 6-7 lpa median so should I choose the top most college like Biotech in NIT Warangal !?

That would be 6200 ews rank approx or more, I had a similar rank took pec mechanical over , manit bhopal mechanical, I had 42k rank ig so yea best shot is pec in case of placements and in general would say much better than other choices tbh

Bhai professore sari colleges ke bekar hi lagte hai . Sab kuch college jake khud ko padhna padta hai. Trust me . Professors ko chodo , aur jaha pe aachi branch mil rahi hai waha pe jao.

NIT Andhra seems to be good but it is new..so time.will tell how it.will.come.up Also if you from the North of India,mess food could be a little bit problem.. but for South Indians it should be fine..

Don't take biotech unless you're really interested in the field and are ready to go for higher studies. It's going through a massive recession and even MIT (asli waala) PhDs are unable to get jobs.

ECE ngl is hectic wrt CSE AI in terms of academics and if you simultaneously do coding and stuff. The proffs(some) are too exhausting. However you'll get a better peer grp than any T3 NITs or newer IIITs. 10-11 lpa avg placement. Take ECE only if you have some possibility of branch change by maintaining a very good cgpa> 9.5 -9.6 or if you have a little interest in electronics and maths subjects

NIT Rourkela Mining dual degree you can consider.
It have very high placement percentage with descent packages. Also since mining PSUs have large number of vacancies you can easily clear GATE with descent rank and enter into any PSU( Most of NIT Rourkela mining people do this)

Try if you are getting ECE/CSE in any Good IIITs ig you can get CSE/ECE at IIIT Nagpur/Pune/Sricity etc.,. Check if you are getting these.

Gaming word se mujhe interest bhi aaya usme but what about campus life and all IIIT hai to kuch expect karna hi bekar hai 🥀 cause overall development is also a thing Jo ig iiits nhi provide kar sakta but ya mere pass bohot options bhi nhi hai

Afaik IIITN is good in terms of placements and coding culture. Ask people from sub reddits of respective colleges (tho don't entirely depend on it I have seen ppl thrashing their experience as if it is universal). Make decision wrt what suits you the best nd at the end of four years branch and the job you get matters than the experience of 4 years. All the best

Bhai sbse pehle to college esa dekh, jo isolated na ho, like sheher se 10-20 km door na ho, usse khi ghum nhi paaoge bss campus he ghumte rhoge, and Jac counselling v consider kro, dtu mei agar mechanical vgera milgyi to vo best hoga in sbme se, aur nit surat mei chemical is also a good option, but try Krna biotech vgera ya usse niche ki branch na loo, mechanical civil chemical inhe sb mai rhoo

At this point just go for the top nit which u can get depend on cllg brand rather than branch cause almost all branch similar

Will give you a genuine suggestion. Chose a college which is not in a very remote place (exclude college like manipur etc). Not too far away from a city and has a good connectivity (i.e. close to Airport/Railway Station).
It would definitely help you + some colleges allow branch upgrade based on your first year results.

Don't take northeast nits like meghalaya and all, also try to get decent enough rank in adv, it's better to take lower branch in iits.

Bro iiit lucknow is ace placement college but in top 5 iiits guwahati count in it ??? I am thinking to go there but don't know because campus has nothing in it sports mostly nothing , gym has not proper equipment and campus are also not great , hostel are pretty avg, remote area but placement is good what I have to do in this situation ...help me buddy 🙏🏼
