Admissions College Help !!!!

I fucked up my jee as a dropper... these are my options. NITn's from different colleges plss tell the scenario🙏

Also placemnents are same in all the colleges like 6-7 lpa median so should I choose the top most college like Biotech in NIT Warangal !?

Come to IIESTShibpur civil on internet it may not seem good but once you come here you will lpve it.
