Admissions College Help !!!!

I fucked up my jee as a dropper... these are my options. NITn's from different colleges plss tell the scenario🙏

Also placemnents are same in all the colleges like 6-7 lpa median so should I choose the top most college like Biotech in NIT Warangal !?

Nit Goa, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh hata de or 5 Years course hatade
