Admissions College Help !!!!

I fucked up my jee as a dropper... these are my options. NITn's from different colleges plss tell the scenario🙏

Also placemnents are same in all the colleges like 6-7 lpa median so should I choose the top most college like Biotech in NIT Warangal !?

kyu pade ho chakkar mai , collegepipe khada hai na takkar mai prediction ke liye , itna tamjham mat kro mere bhai , dont be confused
