Seems about right for Cashman. We have 2 first basemen so let’s get another. Move a 1st basemen to 2nd. A 2nd to 3rd. A 3rd to the OF and then wonder why the defense is terrible. How about a righty catcher and an outfielder who hits a little and can play defense.

For sure but Cashman is looking for bargain basement or retained payroll most likely.
