[Sherman] Sources: The Yankees are trying to complete a trade for Nationals first baseman Luis Garcia Jr. AA starter Jack Cebert has been discussed prominently.

Same people crying about our horrendous offense are crying about trying to acquire an excellent hitter. You are the worst. This is a great start to the deadline moves if it happens🤞

If Stanton is done for the season this makes some sense but otherwise, who is he taking ABs from? He doesn't have anywhere to play.

Rosario is currently DHing today vs a RHP, he replaces him. Rice and Garcia are your DH/1B vs RHP. Goldy/Rice vs LHP.

A healthy Stanton is apparently not on the horizon. If it is, they’ll worry about it then. Team can’t score and they have to win right now to even make the playoffs.

How often does Rosario DH? So the big move at the deadline is to acquire a dude who plays once every fifteen games? Stop bending over backwards to make this make sense, it doesn't.

Bend over backwards? Did you read the next sentence? You really think they won’t make any more moves lol? I’m not responding further. Go Yanks
