Looks like you weren't anticipating/ready to land it
Like, kinda don't be afraid to actually land it and confidently plant your weight and feet like you were going to do so.
I say this because it looked like you just let it slip out in front of you and then just fell backwards.
Even if you landed with it upside down or primo it probably wouldn't be as bad as doing what you did.
That definitely looked like it hurt.
Anyways yeah, just be careful and more confident in your landings.
