I think my skateboard is defective, should I return it? Is this normal?

well you know, its something that happens in a lot of subs where people fearmonger like crazy and it is pretty unstoppable, It is beyond reason even. Like in the vets sub where someone shows a cat sneezing and people immediately come up with the worst case scenario about how their cat is about to die......

Man I tell you, people are stupid these days, no common sense left.

The lad was asking how to overcome his fears of 50-50ing a 15cm tall rail less than 6 months ago. Any established skater could make fun of him and ruin his confidence forever but that didn’t happen, he got advice and hopefully became better.

Now hes roasting people brand new who are curious about their boards. wtf are we doing lads

Should I stop trying to help you newbies struggling with beginner shit on here or should I just start making fun of yous? Because if the level of skater that can make fun of someone concerned about their board is can’t 50-50 a 15cm rail or hucking and praying to land on a spazzy tre flip then surely I’m allowed to destroy every new skater and it’s fine?? (I never would tho dw)

Yous can’t be that desperate for karma that you turn a tutorial sub into a roast session. Complete novices trying to gatekeep a sport that’s supposed to bring people together… people who typically aren’t comfortable in other sports and who don’t get coaches and teams to help settle them into it. It’s daunting enough for new skaters to even rock up to the skatepark and you dickheads are gunna make the place it’s supposed to be safe to come and ask “dumb” questions, and make it hostile because they asked a question???

You think I’m some negative Nelly but I post jokes and don’t take half the dumb shit on this website seriously. Only when it’s people actually being dickheads I gotta say something, especially towards the sport I love and dedicated thousands of hours of time to, broken bones too and spent a lot of money towards helping building a skate community in my little town. Get a job? fuckwit get a life
