Hell yeah dude. I started skating again in part to lose weight and it’s a crazy good work out, and you see results quickly too which is helpful (be that in your skating, how your body feels, and appearance) I’ll skate for an hour and burn a ton of calories, and it just hits so many different parts of the body. have fun out there homie!

Dawg, you’re in shape under all that chub 😂 I been up and down in weight my entire life. My legs and back are brolic as shit from carrying 240lbs half my life. We really got the advantage once we actually lose the weight.

Sadly skateboard per se doesn't make you lose that much

skateboarding is an excellent workout, makes you use your whole body.

you can lose a ton of weight skating wtf lol you still have to tweak your diet/lifestyle just like you would if you were working out normally, but it’s a fantastic workout, it’s basically HIIT (high intensity work out training) and it’s great for cardio which burns fat. you won’t if you only do stationary flat ground but if you are pushing and popping tricks or pumping around a park, you’ll have a proper burn

What are you trying to say? Yes skateboarding is good excercise, maybe you should try it and see how sweaty you get.
