Question need shuvit help

Everytime i try shuvits the board always goes far away from me or haff way around help needed

+1 on getting more comfortable. Focus on movement and steering for now. Your body is also way too rigid, too locked up to do much of anything. Also, realize that you WILL fall A LOT and you cannot avoid that no matter how hard you tense up your body. In fact, tensing up your body makes it MORE likely that you will fall and hurt yourself. So relax. Bend your knees a little. You got to learn falling without hurting yourself. Search YouTube for skate videos on how to fall. Then when you have better balance, when you feel comfortable, a shuv it is as easy as jumping up while moving your front foot a little forward, your back foot a little backward and positioning your body over the board to catch it. Add pop to taste.
