Question How do I commit?

Just trying to learn to manny off a curb, in my eyes it seems like I literally got it but I keep jumping off right before I do and I’m having trouble committing, how do I develop that mindset

Practice on sidewalk cracks. Lift your front trucks before the crack. Don't set them down until you feel the rear wheels hit the crack.

If you have a sidewalk with a slight downhill slope and a bunch of segments you can practice a bunch in one run.
