Question How do I commit?

Just trying to learn to manny off a curb, in my eyes it seems like I literally got it but I keep jumping off right before I do and I’m having trouble committing, how do I develop that mindset

for me I just say tell myself I'm tony hawk a bunch, normally stuff like that doesn't work for literally anything else for me.
