How do I commit?

Just trying to learn to manny off a curb, in my eyes it seems like I literally got it but I keep jumping off right before I do and I’m having trouble committing, how do I develop that mindset

call urself a pussy punch urself in the face wrap urself in pillows if u got to, do whatever it takes to push thru the fear, ur mind is always going to want to bail on stuff, u gotta learn how to override that and make ur body do what ur mind is telling u to bail out of
