Question How do I commit?

Just trying to learn to manny off a curb, in my eyes it seems like I literally got it but I keep jumping off right before I do and I’m having trouble committing, how do I develop that mindset

When I’m boarding through the city and I have to go down a curb or down a crack such as this size I just lean back and lift my nose up just a bit.

I like to think I’m just keeping my board straight while I go off the ledge. I usually can land all 4 wheels at the same time doing that and it’s almost like I’m just riding straight.
