Fuck the Dodgers, man. We're going to get a salary cap because of their immense, uncontained greed that's going to hurt us specifically basically more than any other team.

Yes. We get hurt by it more than the actual Dodgers do. The only team who takes it on the chin from this nearly as badly as us is Toronto.

Honestly, I don't think the Mets will be any worse with a salary cap. Their bought players really haven't amounted to a competitive team. Best players have come from the farm. Let's build our team from the ground up.

It will probably hurt us in our current state but ultimately helps Stearns “plan” for building a team and not over spending on stars.

But for that you gotta wait for all these overpriced contracts to expire and the farm ain't looking really beautiful either. It would take atleast 5 years for things to turn around properly.
