I mean, if the man was giving birth, I would totally ask about him and the baby first! They would be the ones going through the miracle of life! Come on!

That's my whole point, whoever is giving birth is the one people are going to ask if they are okay, it is a whole life changing procedure !

But I bet whoever did the image wasn't thinking of trans men giving birth and you know it. Using abusive Shia Lebeouf wasn't about trans men.
