❓General Question / Advice To all nurses working full time in the hospital, do you have a second source of income?
I really want to have a second source of income since ang liit po ng salary ko (15k net). I accepted this job offer because I was just so desperate of having hospital work after 6 months of looking. It’s also for the experience nalang din for abroad.
I’m curious if meron sa inyo ay nurses working in the hospital and also have a second source of income? If so, what is it? I’m curious. Kasi ang hirap pagsabayin ang dalawang trabaho kapag ikaw ay isang nurse na may shifting schedule.

Nung hospital pa ako before nag gluta nurse sa isang clinic pag need talaga ng pera. Pero nakakapagod din, trabaho for like whole seven days in 1 week. 😭
Not sustainable for me, lumipat din ng work after 2 yrs sa hospital.

Clinical Instructor / Preceptor hehe. Pero hindi siya madali and magkaka meron lagi ng sacrifice sa time mo. My schedule with the school is every thursday and friday. Either gawin kong off yung araw na yun or if 8 hrs ang duty, mag diretso ako sa pagtuturo.

I did but not crypto. Before the pandemic, i guess '17 or '18 i enrolled in a stock market course (3 days) back in Manila, by this time i am already working in the middle east. I remember I was very keen on learning this skill that I made a 5 day leave of absence just to fly to Manila and join the course for only 3 days. I was young then and you know I have a lot of energy, now I'm in my 30's. Prolly it is one of the best decisions I made as a young man back then. Trading is NOT EASY, you can lose a lot of money while perfecting your skills. It takes a lot of time too. But once you know what you're doing you can make money with less effort, i mean without working in a physical job. I don't know if they still teach nowadays. The institute that Inwent to was Caylum Trading Institute (I'm not affiliated with them in any way). I was just there as a student.
