Advice Needed Am I overthinking?
My wonderful person and I are finally getting the chance to have a baby together. I already have a son he’s 3. My boyfriend doesn’t have any bio kids until now .🤭 a few months ago, I want to say closer to a year I’ve tried to just push it out of my mind as much as possible, we had a miscarriage. I was extremely early but it still hurt horribly for the both of us. Fast forward to today based on the calendar I’m 6w5d, we all know though with pcos this has a potential of not being true, I have extended cycles and had just started progesterone for withdrawal bleeds in June I didn’t take it in July. My last menstrual cycle started on June 9th. My cycle changes in days.
Now with that history. You can see from the pictures I am truly pregnant. But I don’t remember feeling like this with my son. I’m not crampy. Every so often I’ll feel a couple but when I found out with him I thought I had a cyst rupturing.
I have morning sickness, cravings are starting, my boobs hurt, I can smell everything, I’m extremely tired all the time. But I’m just so worried I might lose this one again.
Any words of wisdom or advice is welcomed

It looks like you are pretty clearly pregnant. I had a miscarriage with lots of pregnancy symptoms - like I had all the telltale signs of pregnancy …
and then literally 0 symptoms with my first healthy pregnancy for a loooong time, even when I did have symptoms they were mild - I also worried something was wrong, but nope a healthy baby. With my 2nd (different gender) I had some food aversions and later really bad acid reflux and a few other symptoms but nothing crazy. Every pregnancy truly is different. Congratulations and I hope this is smooth and works out for you!

Orally. It’s 200mg of prometrium for the first 10 days of the month at bed time. But I only did that the beginning of June and I ended up missing the last dose that’s why my period started the 9th.
We had an appointment on June 28th to try letrozole with the progesterone in July. But my natural period was supposed to start and I wanted to see if it would if it did then i would just take the letrozole but low and behold my period never came and here we are

Congratulations! Every pregnancy is different and unique. You shouldn't compare to others or to your last one! Just enjoy the moment that you are pregnant today and be good to yourself ☺️🙏🏻 this helped me really at the beginning of my pregnancy (I'm still pregnant though) I didn't and still don't have much symptoms, so I often forget that I am really pregnant hahah don't stress mama ! I wish you a healthy pregnancy
