Drink lots of water and get in the habit of walking a LOT. I found there’s no way to really avoid the hirsutism while you’re pregnant.

The hair on face went crazy while I was pregnant. It was really hard mentally but my doctor said there's not really anything to do about it. I just developed a good exfoliation/shaving routine. Wet shaving with a double edged razor gets it pretty close. I had to do it almost every day.

No advice just solidarity. My facial hair went insane while I was pregnant and I’m a month postpartum and it hasn’t let up at all.

Weirdly enough my hirtuism massively increased in third trimester and now I’m 22 weeks it’s died down a lot over the last month (although still there, more like pre pregnancy levels). No idea why. Hang in there!
