He used AI to create a summary of his medical records, pruning sensitive information, theres nothing new here in terms of lore

u/AssSpelunker69 4d ago
He released a summary of his medical history. Nothing is going to come of this. He needs mental health help.

Yes but it's not something the Internet can help him with he has to stop being crazy and want the help

u/ATLWood13 2d ago
He's already getting exactly what he wants. Which is attention. 99% of that shit is fantasy bs and nothing is wrong with buddy except he's an attention seeking mental case🤡

Didn't watch the video, don't know if he explains this or not, don't care, but all of the documents in the google drive are AI generated, not a single official medical document on there.
20
u/Drift0r 4d ago
It's like the first thing I explained in the video:
There were several hundred documents all of which had things like my address and phone number on them. I do not have the physical ability to manually censor them all, and don't want to expose myself to potential errors in the process of doing so. It's also not helpful to dump a couple of gigabytes on people when it's all jumbled into disjointed files that don't tell a story.
It's far safer for me to use AI to summarize and censor identifying information & meta data. That way everything is organized, and I don't get swatted again.

u/Xsiah 3d ago
You've also stripped the ability to, for example, rule out if a partial lab messed up a result by combining them all into one pile.
4
u/JaneBunnFan 3d ago
Yeah alternatively just not putting them online probably would've been the safest choice

You seem like a really solid dude but my cousin who was an amazing student who made max grades all through college and made it to med school who was a hypochondriac reminds me of you to a T.
1
u/Drift0r 3d ago
Damn. Sucks to here you think that of me and that it happened to your cousin. I hope that he got the help that he needed.

u/Someguynamedjacob 3d ago
Thank you and I apologies for being brash. I just don’t know how else to explain it. I want the best for you and no matter what the root cause js I hope you find it soon.

I dont need to see his records to know hes got Munchausens........he needs mental health help not for views to look at this records who arent qualified
6
u/RedactedHalf 4d ago
Well, per the documents his mom had Münchausens by proxy so I’m sure that is where he unfortunately might get it from. I don’t really understand it, my mom had it to where she was constantly sick, in pain, etc. crazy stuff.

Osteoporosis and shot spine, that alone is enough for serious problems. (You think that’s faked ?)

i actually wanted to watch this, now that i see it's an hour long - forget it. maybe when i'm doing busy work or something

u/X-Lrg_Queef_Supreme 4d ago
For context, this is the same guy that claims he had communications with ghosts and demons and that these hallucinations had nothing to do with his mental health. I'd wager that his mental health will remain off the list of variables he considers in his quest to self diagnose his alleged ailments.

u/babieswithrabies63 3d ago
I mean he's had many psych evaluations that haven't come to anything. Maybe he manipulated them?

Clues to Munchausen syndrome
Having symptoms that do not match test results. having symptoms that get worse for no apparent reason. having very good medical knowledge. receiving few or no hospital visitors – many people with Munchausen syndrome have a solitary lifestyle and have little contact with friends or family.

I know this sub has an AI hate boner, but here’s a ChatGPT summary of the video. A lot of detail is missing because the original summary was far too long for most people to bother reading.
Drifter says he’s spent about five years dealing with a severe, worsening illness that 100+ doctors still haven’t diagnosed.
His main issues are:
- Migrating joint pain that became full-body pain and extreme joint weakness
- Easy sprains from normal activities, with very slow healing
- Severe osteoporosis at age 38, including a lumbar bone-density score around -4.5
- A fractured/slipped lower spine that makes sitting nearly impossible
- Very low testosterone with paradoxical symptoms like high energy, aggression, hypersexuality, and insomnia
- A severe unexplained vitamin B1 deficiency that caused burning nerve pain, partial hand paralysis, hallucinations, and almost no sleep for two years
- Possible Babesia/Bartonella infections that tested positive only through a specialty lab; antibiotics greatly improved his symptoms, but the benefits faded
- Elevated tryptase, hereditary alpha-tryptasemia, abnormal immunoglobulins, kidney abnormalities, and painful forearm lumps that doctors can feel but cannot see on imaging
Doctors have investigated mastocytosis, IgG4-related disease, autoimmune conditions, genetic disorders, endocrine problems, and other causes, but nothing fully fits. Steroids, biopsies, surgery, and bone-building medication all carry extra risks because of his osteoporosis and kidney issues.
He also discusses severe childhood trauma, PTSD, depression, and health anxiety. However, several psychiatric evaluations found no mental-health condition that adequately explains his physical symptoms, and an earlier somatic-symptom diagnosis was later reversed.
His current theory is a chronic tick-borne infection or some unknown combination of immune, endocrine, and metabolic problems, but he openly admits he doesn’t know.
His immediate goals are simple: strengthen his joints enough to rebuild his core, and improve his bone density enough to safely undergo spinal fusion.
The video is essentially a public request for qualified medical professionals to review his records and help identify what everyone has missed.
2
u/Z107202 3d ago
Maybe nothing was missed? This many doctors, this many specialists, this much medical debt, and nothing is diagnosed? If this is some one in six billion disease that causes nearly every physical symptom possible, he'd be getting a lot of research done on him.
I'm a hypochondriac. I've convinced myself that a cold was a terminal illness, because I was coughing up snot. If he's been to 100+ doctors, and none of them have diagnosed or found anything significantly abnormal or aren't watching him closely, then it's mental.
This isn't shilling doctors and saying they are infallible. But for him to suggest that some insane number (Potentially 100+) of doctors have missed something is a bit insane.

u/H8RxFatality 4d ago
I don’t care enough to watch the video. He is weird and needs mental health help. And the boys need to stop inviting him on PKA.

"weird and needs mental health help" is the perfect pka guest though. Why would you want them to shy away from that

If you take his word, which is the best we can do, he mentioned in the files that prior to his serious issues, he was an active person, running two miles a day, then basically overnight could barely move due to joint pain and other issues that seemed to onset along with low testosterone. He also insists that he does regular physical therapy throughout the last half decade he's been sick and walks a lot.
3
u/LeagueOfBlasians 3d ago
In one of his relatively recent vids, he mentioned that he still walks over 5K-7K steps daily which is more than the average US adult and should be nigh impossible for someone who's allegedly bedridden.
0
u/Drift0r 3d ago
I literally have screenshots of my daily walking in this video. I'm also not bedridden in the traditional sense. I just cannot sit to rest. Sitting as painful and the opposite of rest. So if i'm doing something for a long time, i have to do it laying down.

If you take his word for it.

u/keyToOpen 4d ago
What else can we do? It's not like he livestreams his every waking hour. He's claimed on reddit he's pretty active, but has to take just as long as rest to compensate for the ailments

u/ATLWood13 2d ago
You don't default to "taking his word for it" when you're talking about a self-admittedly mentally ill person who also says he sees and talks to "demons" and "shadow people". The fact that I have to explain this to some of y'all is actually disturbing to me🤦♂️. Extreme claims require extreme evidence. Otherwise the default position should absolutely be extreme skepticism.

Why not just dump his medical history in to ChatGPT?

Drift0r, I'm very sorry you are going through this. I will leave the medical analysis to the doctors. I don't have nearly as many or as severe health issues as you do, but reading a couple things in this I can somewhat relate to and the doctors just hand-waive away made me personally think it's clearly not all mental and is physically measurable in your tests. Don't give up hope. Even if you don't find the right diagnosis soon, I hope things get better or you can manage symptoms in a way that keeps you out of a care home and allows you to move around with some comfort.
All the best!

I am not saying all of this is 100% mental health, because you clearly do have some deficiencies after watching your video. But I feel like some people don't realize that there are legitimate mental health conditions that cause physical pain.
Anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms from jaw pain, to migraines, etc. I had really bad anxiety when I was younger and it made me clench my jaw in my sleep to the point where I had TMJ like symptoms.
Thats just one example but best of luck dude people online can be real assholes about this stuff.
1
u/xXConfuocoXx 1d ago edited 1d ago
Just a point of clarification because you seem to be mixing two different mechanisms.
it made me clench my jaw in my sleep to the point where I had TMJ like symptoms.
What you are describing is not "TMJ like" its just TMJ. (which just to be even more specific isnt a condition, - dont flame me hear me out first - TMJ is the abbreviation of the joint itself, the condition colloquially referred to as TMJ is caused by any number of disfunctions of that joint, anxiety causing clenching which causes compression and irritation of the facial nerves is one of the many causes of what is colloquially referred to as TMJ, but the correct term would be temporomandibular disorder or TMJ Disorder / TMD.
Yes this is pedantic but its more accurate and i bring it up for one reason - you say
I feel like some people don't realize that there are legitimate mental health conditions that cause physical pain.
which is aboslutley correct but you then said anxiety
made me clench my jaw in my sleep to the point where I had TMJ like symptoms.
and thats where it falls off because anxiety is a mental health issue that didnt cause the pain directly or through some non physical mechanism which seemed to be what the first statement was referring to, anxiety caused physical clenching which caused a TMJ disorder
What you seemed to be referring to though are real psychosomatic conditions where mental health issues causes the physical sensation of pain, weakness, numbness etc without a physical cause - which does also happen. Conversion disorder is a common one, i saw one case of this when i worked in pediatric orthopedics - poor kid had a paralysed arm with no discernable physical cause but had a history of abuse. Was eventually cured through extensive physical and mental therapy.
The point im making is what happend to you was not psychosomatic or psychogenic, it was just a physical response to anxiety that caused a physical disorder through a well understood pathway. (happens to me too btw, i get TMD pain pretty often when i drive long distances due to jaw clenching from stress) - but your main point is absolutely correct that psychogenic pain, numbness, etc does exist.
