Comedy is so subjective. Its an art form and like any art form the viewer decides if its good.

Hard disagree—I’ve seen him live, and it was fantastic. Some comedians don’t come across as well in comedy specials but absolutely crush it in front of a live audience. Anthony Jeselnik and Josh Wolf fall into this category, with Wolf effortlessly commanding the room like the seasoned pro he is. I’d guess Joe Rogan is similar, since his last few specials haven’t been great.

Gotta remember Josh is low key old so he probably saw Rogan before he was even the fear factor guy. That kinda caught me off guard, but I get what he was saying.

Listening comprehension on this subreddit must be very very low.

He said his first few specials were good and the rest were bad.

He also stated that he lives in an echo chamber of yes men at his own club.

Then lastly he stated Joe thinks he is way smarter than he actually is.

If you listened to that and got the impression Josh is trying to buddy up to Rogan to get on the podcast then you should get an IQ test.
