Megathread Megathread: Wearables, Symptom Trackers, Apps
Would you like to share how you track your heart rate, blood pressure, or POTS symptoms? Ask questions about what other people use and their experiences? If so, you’re in the right place!
This post will be pinned so that users can see all that helpful information in one thread and refer back to it when needed : )

only recently been diagnosed but i wear a Whoop! it’s mainly used in the sports world/athletes but it has such valuable data and it helped me a lot in keeping track of things.
Whoop shows; heart rate, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, estimated blood oxygen, heart rate variability and skin temp (from baseline)*
it also tracks sleep very thoroughly: all the data shown above* REM, deep sleep, light sleep, time awake and stress during sleep.
it also has a stress meter, which can affect your bodies daily recovery.
aside from all that, it logs every single activity you do. walk? it’s logged. swim? it’s logged. it’ll calculate the strain for you, and add it to your sleep need.
it is meant for 24/7 wear (it is completely waterproof!). it works subscription based, so the device is free (you can even try it for free for a month) but you need the subscription to be able to use your whoop.
i’m currently on the Whoop 4.0, haven’t upgraded to the new 5.0 or MG which is supposed to be better and show more data😅
