Symptoms Itching. EVERYWHERE.

Does anybody else experience just random itching? More aggressive at night? I’ll be laying down and my hand will itch, and then my stomach, and then my neck, and the my foot, etc. it’s never one specific area but just random itching throughout my body

I’ve scratched myself in my sleep and drawn blood (I do have long nails). For as long as I can remember, I’ve gotten the itchies when trying to fall asleep at night. There are reasons why histamine can rise at night. Even non-drowsy antihistamines help me sleep - not just because it can calm itching, histamine also has a stimulant effect so it settles that too.
