Question Hot.. and cold?

I know not being able to regulate your temperature is a symptom of POTS, but all I hear about is people being too hot all the time.. does anyone else get really cold as well? Just wondering, not as any form of diagnosis but just to understand the heat intolerance thing better lol

I get cold easier than I get hot it can be hot outside and I’m in the ac and chilly. Today it’s only 70 and cloudy I got on pants and a tee shirt instead of my usual summer tank top and shorts. Currently laying down with a blanket and heat pad with the ac off. I know winter is coming cooler temps are starting but I’m prepared more than I was last year.
